Why you might need to "clear your cache"

When web interfaces are updated, you may suddenly find you cannot access a frequently-used site.  MyCommnet or Blackboard might not load properly.  When this happens, you made need to "clear your cache" -- getting rid of old "cookies" that are blocking your access to the updated site.  It's easy, if you follow the step-by-step instructions for your web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari).
