Ralph J. Bunche Oral Histories Collection on the Civil Rights Movement

Oral histories from the Moorland-Spingarn Research Center. Provides access to transcriptions of close to 700 interviews with individuals who made history in the struggles for voting rights, against discrimination in housing, for the desegregation of the schools, to expose racism in hiring, and in defiance of police brutality. Addresses activism and experiences in the 1950s through early 1970s.
